This blend is ideally suited to massage as the combination of massage and the oils in this blend will help warm the muscles and start to relax them. Alternatively a hot bath can be equally as effective!

After Sport contains an essential oil blend of restorative Marjoram, invigorating Rosemary and stimulating Black Pepper, cleansing Juniper and fortifying Lemon. This results in a lovely light herby smell.
