Simply Pregnant

A number of essential oils are not recommended for pregnancy due to their powerful properties. However being pregnant is hard work and as your pregnancy progresses you can suffer from some or all of the following: exhaustion, lower back pain, heartburn, fluid retention, stretch marks, insomnia and so on! This is a very mild blend that is suitable for both you and your baby and can help relieve some of these symptoms.

Simply Pregnant contains an essential oil blend of uplifting Bergamot, regenerating Palmarosa, calming Neroli and gentle Mandarin.

It is recommended to avoid use of any essential oils during first trimester of pregnancy.
