How I Use This Daily Routine
I like to keep my routine simple. This trio is designed to be taken once a day, ideally around 30 minutes before your main meal.
To prepare, simply add the contents of each sachet to a glass of water, stir well and drink.
Personally, I like to add an Arbonne Energy Fizz Stick as well, which turns it into a refreshing drink and removes the 'greens' taste plus gives me an extra energy boost.
