How to Use Your Essential Oil Blends

Our blends are wonderfully versatile and can be enjoyed in a variety of ways:

• Add 4–6 drops to your evening bath (diluted in a tablespoon of carrier oil)
• Use in an oil burner or aromatherapy diffuser
• Place a drop on your pillow before bedtime
• Add to a handkerchief for gentle on-the-go aromatherapy
• Blend with 15ml of carrier oil for massage
• Add to a bowl of hot (not boiling) water for steam inhalation
