How to Use Your Essential Oil Blends

Our blends are wonderfully versatile and can be used in a number of ways:

• Add 4–6 drops to your evening bath (diluted in a tablespoon of olive or carrier oil)
• Use in an oil burner or aromatherapy diffuser
• Place a drop on your pillow just before bedtime
• Add to a handkerchief for gentle on-the-go aromatherapy
• Blend with 15ml of olive or sweet almond oil for a soothing massage
• Add to a bowl of hot (not boiling) water for steam inhalation

(Always dilute before applying to skin and avoid contact with eyes.)
