Freya Natural Therapy was founded by qualified aromatherapist Freya in 2007, originally as a hands-on therapy practice offering aromatherapy massage, reflexology and holistic treatments.

Through years of working with real clients — from stressed professionals and expectant mothers to active bodies in need of recovery — Freya saw first-hand how powerful beautifully blended essential oils could be in supporting everyday wellbeing.

That experience became the foundation for the Freya Natural Therapy product range: handcrafted aromatherapy products created to bring the benefits of natural essential oils into daily life.

Each blend is thoughtfully formulated using 100% natural essential oils and carefully chosen plant-based ingredients, with products designed for modern wellbeing rituals including relaxation, sleep, stress support, hormonal wellbeing, pregnancy, seasonal wellness, focus and recovery.

Today, Freya Natural Therapy focuses on creating natural aromatherapy products that feel nurturing, effective and beautifully sensory — from bath oils and bath foams to massage oils, body lotions, essential oil blends and pulse point roll-ons.

Every product is handmade in small batches with care, using natural or naturally derived ingredients. Our products are vegan friendly, cruelty-free, free from artificial colouring and created with the same thoughtful approach that shaped Freya’s work as a practising aromatherapist.
