Packaging
Unless a gift box has been requested, all items will be securely wrapped and sent out in a cardboard mail box. For orders over £35 a complimentary Freya Natural Therapy gift bag will be included. All orders include a personalised note from Freya herself.

Postal Disputes
If a postal dispute arises before dispatch, Freya Natural Therapy will honour published delivery costs and arrange an alternative courier where necessary.
If an order has already been dispatched, we regret that we are unable to send replacement products without further payment.
